Buying your first XBOX 360 may not be as easy as you first thought, because there are several options on the market to choose from.
When it comes to buying a XBOX 360, Microsoft makes it easy to purchase the components that are necessary to give you what you want. The XBOX 360 now comes in three different packages, each of which comes with a different assortment of contents and technology that adheres to the type of game play that you are looking to achieve. When going into the "XBOX experience" it is important to think about what types of games the user will want to use on the system, and exactly what is hoped to be gained by its use.. By doing that, it becomes easier to judge which system best fits the needs, and thus the buying decision begins with the customer already armed with some valuable information. The XBOX 360 systems start with your basic system, and work their way up to the elite level of play. Each of the three steps adds more and more components that are going to assist with your game play, and along with that comes a price level increase. That is a reason why it is important to go into the store already knowing what system you want to purchase, so when it comes down to that finally purchasing decision, you already know which way you are heading. It works with all of the XBOX 360 games, and is probably geared best for the younger crowd that is just looking to have one of these XBOX 360 machines, and wants the chance to play all of the games. It doesn't have a lot of storage space inside the XBOX 360 for saved games, but does have the added benefit of a few games already included in the hard drive that consist of a few card games and racing games. It won't be too exciting though, and an additional cost is necessary to buy full games for the system. Cost: $199 2. With the normal XBOX 360, you also get the headset and Ethernet cables that allow you to easily use the online version of the XBOX Live membership. The added benefit of having this version of the system is that it not only plays all XBOX 360 games, but also 300+ games from the first version of the XBOX. With the additions also comes a slight increase in price, but this system is the best option for the average gamer. Cost: $299 3. Cost: $399 Final Thoughts on the XBOX 360All of the options are great for XBOX 360 games, and the decision on choices will be based on how much the user is looking for in the experience. They all work with all the XBOX 360 games, so there are no worries there, but its an important decision to come up with which option will play best for consumer or for the person for which it is being purchased.
