How does one go about making a werewolf in the Sims? First gamers need a very special wolf. After that it takes a lot of patience, or a little cheating.
Unlike vampires, who can be created very easily within the game, werewolves are trickier, fickle beasts. The gaming tips encyclopedia has almost nothing helpful to say about creating or curing a werewolf sim. Many players are left with irritating questions of how to go about doing it, or what it’s like to have a werewolf sim. The good news is that the answers to those questions and details are available; the bad news is that making a werewolf will require some work and patience. Making the First Sim Werewolf by Befriending WolvesPlayers will likely note the stray dogs and cats that wander onto their lots. Occasionally wolves appear. They often favor forested lots, so add trees to encourage them if desired. Wolves look just like any other large black dog, and they will have names like any other pet that comes onto the lot. The feature that distinguishes a wolf from a large dog is its eyes. Players should look for gold-glowing eyes. To turn a sim into a werewolf, players must have that sim (example name: Teddy) work his relationship up to 100 percent with not just any wolf, but the leader of the pack. How does one tell the leader of the pack apart from the other wolves that show up on the lot? There's only one way - the leader of the pack will be able to nibble a sim, while other wolves will never do it. Although it is possible to wait until Teddy has raised his relationship up with every single wolf until he finds the pack leader and gets nibbled, the chances are most players will have lost patience by this time. Fortunately there is a faster way to single out the pack leader other than trial and error. Cheat! Boolprop Werewolves : A Sims CheatBring up the cheat window in the Sims game by hitting Ctrl+Shift+C. With the cheat window up, type this exactly into it: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Hold Shift and click on the mailbox. Choose NPC, then search for Leader of the Pack. After clicking this it may appear as if nothing has happened. Boolprop is notoriously unpredictable, but in this case the command is reliable, it just isn’t immediate. Keep watching and within an hour a wolf will appear at the edge of the lot. In Veronaville his name is Clark, but that may change in other neighborhoods. Bring Teddy out to greet and make friends with the pack leader. It will probably take several tries as the pack leader leaves frequently. However, using boolprop, players can speed up even this relationship building stage. Shift-click on Clark the pack leader and choose Make Selectable. This allows the player to see Clark’s needs and his relationships. Click and drag Teddy and Clark’s relationship bars up to 100. After that there is nothing to do but wait. Players cannot cheat to control Clark and force him to nibble their desired sims, it must happen on its own. Once the pack leader nibbles a sim, he or she will transform into a werewolf every night until the lycanthropy is cured.
